Product description

Reinforced Gypsum plasterboard with a PVC layer in front and Aluminum foil layer at the back. TheEdges of the tiles are sealed with PVC Tape for superior water resistance.

Fixing 

The ceiling tiles are fixed on a GI modular grid system using Main runners and Cross Tee with which grid system of 600mm X 600mm is formed and tiles are laid for easy access and removal.

Fire Resistance

Conforms to BS1230 Part 1 1985, BS 476 Part 8 1972.

Fire Combustion Class

Grade B1 according to the standard GB8624-1997

Unique Features

Decosonic™ GRG has an integral glass reinforcement preventing fungi and bacteria from growing, thus reducing the risk of contamination and infection in hospitals, schools and data centers, residential complexes and hygienic areas in all types of buildings. The visible face of the tile has an essential component made of vinyl and the Aluminum on the reverse side which will continue to offer protection for the life span of the tile.

The performance of GRG tiles is not affected by washing or cleaning the tile surface. Decosonic tiles are superbly thin and light, making them easy to Install and handle.

Lifespan 

Under normal conditions GRG tiles will not deteriorate and can be expected to last the lifetime of the building.

Maintenance 

The tiles can be cleaned with a slightly damp sponge or cloth and a mild detergent solution as required.
