Cementitious Raised Floor


 
Unifloor™ Cementitious panel has become the preferred choice for architects, specifiers and end users due to its enhanced performance characteristics compared to a standard wood core or calcium silicate panel. The Cementitious core is inherently less susceptible to fluctuations in humidity and temperature than a wood core product. This assists with on-site installation programming and therefore offers greater flexibility.

TILES
  • All steel construction & cavity filled with light weight cement slurry
  • Top and Bottom sheet manufactured out of GI sheet with epoxy coating for lifetime rust protection
  • Bottom plate has 64 inverted embossing with spot welding for superior strength and greater fire resistance,
  • Panels rest on the grid formed by the stringers which are bolted onto the pedestals for rigid lateral stability.
PEDESTAL
  • All steel construction zinc plated
  • Threaded bolt & nut for leveling adjustment on top & bottom
  • Various heights are available 80mm to 1200mm
  • Pedestal carry more than 2200 kg axial load without any deformation
STRINGER
  • All steel construction
