Particle Board Raised Floor

High density Woodcore Panels

The Unifloor raised flooring range made of high-density particle board panels is very widely used. These panels comply to the European Standard EN12825 and are tested in accordance to the EN 13501.

Moreover, we also manufacture chipboard panels complying with the British PSA/MOB Standard, with much higher requirements in terms of load class. Panels can be manufactured in antistatic or conductive version.

The upper side of the panel is bare or with a glued layer of aluminium foil, steel, melamine, PVC, linoleum, rubber, carpet, hard laminate or stone.

The edges are cut under 5° and finished with an edge band made of a mix of PVC and ABS and of PVC for the conductive version.

The bottom side of the panel is bare or with a glued layer of aluminium foil against humidity or galvanized steel depending on the desired point load.

The standard dimension is 600x600 mm, but upon request, other dimensions are available. The thickness of the panel is 28 mm or 38 mm, excluding the covering. Other thicknesses are also available upon request.
